health +33 enchanted

sold my req7 +23 -2 ornate buckler for 30k or so... i think 20kish is possible to some collector, but not an easy sell

I was the one that purchased that shield from you and really they have no purpose anymore since the trend of req 7 15 armor inscribable shields have come around. It really only has value to a collector like myself and a few other people I know which puts it in the 15-25k region if you find a collector.
